1. Reservations

Bookings can be made online via our Setmore booking page
or by phone.

We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and holidays.

Walk-ins are welcome but subject to table availability.

2. Booking Confirmation

You will receive an automatic email confirmation once your booking is submitted.

Please check your details carefully. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible.

3. Arrival Time

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your booking time.

Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. After that, your table may be released to waiting guests.

4. Group Bookings

For groups of 8 or more, we may require a deposit to secure your booking.

Large parties may be subject to a set menu or limited menu options during peak times.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your booking.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in future bookings being declined.

6. Weather Policy

Outdoor seating is subject to weather conditions.

In the event of bad weather, we’ll do our best to accommodate you indoors, but space may be limited.

7. Special Requests

Please note any dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or special requests when booking.

We’ll do our best to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee all requests.

8. Duration of Booking

Tables are allocated for 90 minutes unless otherwise stated.

Extensions are subject to availability and at the discretion of our staff.

9. Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guest displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Children must be supervised at all times.

10. Payments

We accept major debit and credit cards.

Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours before your reservation.

11. Privacy

Your booking information will be used solely for managing your reservation and will not be shared with third parties, in line with our Privacy Policy.
